基于承淡安"内脏-皮肤相通论"探讨经穴内涵OA
Connotation of acupoints based on CHENG Dan'an's"viscera-skin communication theory"
现代针灸学科奠基人承淡安先生于1933年提出"内脏-皮肤相通论",并围绕该理论进行了系列研究与阐释,笔者以"内脏-皮肤相通论"为切入点,重点阐明承淡安先生"内脏-皮肤相通论"的核心思想,揭示经穴与内脏、体表之间内在联系的异同,提出经穴本质为"内脏-皮肤信息交汇的功能性节点"的理论假说,具体包括空间信息维度、结构信息维度、功能信息维度、时间信息维度等.
CHENG Dan'an,the founder of modern acupuncture and moxibustion,proposed the"viscera-skin communication theory"in 1933 and conducted a series of studies and interpretations based on this theory.Focusing on"viscera-skin communication theory",the authors elucidated the core concepts of this theory,revealed the similarities and differences in the intrinsic connections of acupoints with viscera and body surface.The authors proposed a theoretical hypothesis that the essence of acupoints refers to"functional nodes where visceral and cutaneous information converge and exchange",encompassing multiple dimensions such as spatial information,structural information,functional information,and temporal information.
