基于肠道区域免疫特性探讨"脾为之使"的隐喻与明证OA

Based on metaphorical cognition,this paper aims to build a bridge between modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine theories.As the'messenger'of the five zang-organs,the spleen has the functions of transport,dispersing sperm,rotating the pivot and guarding the body.With the development of gut microbiota-immunity research,the regulatory mechanism of the immune system in the intestinal region is in line with the'spleen serving as the messenger'.Therefore,the'spleen serving as the messenger'is taken as the'source domain'and the characteristics of the intestinal regional immunity is the'target domain',and the theoretical connotation of'spleen serving as the messenger'from the perspective of metaphorical cognition,is revealed by analyzing the immune interaction of the gut microbiota,which provides modern scientific evidence for the theory of'spleen serving as the messenger'and provides a basis for the modern interpretation of the spleen and stomach theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
