多环境任务下单眼弱视患者的眼动特征及视觉功能评估OA
Investigation of binocular eye movement characteristics and visual function assessment in patients with monocular amblyopia under multi-environment/task conditions
目的 评估单眼弱视患者在不同环境与视觉任务下的眼球运动特征.方法 纳入11例单眼弱视患者(22眼)与17例正常对照(34眼),采用Eyelink 1000 Plus眼动仪记录阅读、观察及追随实验的眼动指标.结果 阅读任务中,弱视组双眼的兴趣区停留时间、注视次数及占比均低于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.001).观察任务中,弱视组双眼平均注视时间长于对照组(简单环境P<0.01,复杂环境P<0.05),环境改变时弱视组注视时间改变量大于对照组(P<0.05).追随任务中,弱视组双眼注视点与目标点平均距离大于对照组(慢速P<0.01,快速P<0.001~P<0.01),速度改变时距离差亦大于对照组(P<0.01).结论 单眼弱视患者双眼的静态与动态视觉功能均弱于正常人,且差距随任务难度增加而放大.
Objective To evaluate the eye movement characteristics of patients with monocular amblyopia under different visual environments and task conditions.Methods Eleven patients with monocular amblyopia(22 eyes)and 17 healthy controls(34 eyes)were enrolled in this study.Eye movement parameters during reading,free viewing,and smooth pursuit tasks were recorded using an Eyelink 1000 Plus eye tracker.Results In the reading task,compared with the control group,the amblyopia group exhibited significantly shorter fixation duration within the region of interest(ROI),fewer fixation counts,and a lower proportion of fixations allocated to the ROI for both eyes(P<0.05 to P<0.001).In the free viewing task,the amblyopia group had longer mean fixation duration than controls(simple environment:P<0.01;complex environment:P<0.05),and the magnitude of change in fixation duration in response to environmental shifts was significantly greater in the amblyopia group(P<0.05).In the smooth pursuit task,the mean distance between the fixation point and the target point was larger in the amblyopia group(slow speed:P<0.01;fast speed:P<0.001 to P<0.01),with a significantly greater difference in tracking distance when the target speed changed(P<0.01).Conclusions Both static and dynamic visual functions are impaired in patients with monocular amblyopia compared with healthy individuals,and this intergroup deficit is exacerbated with increasing task difficulty.
