目的 探讨精准自由曲面角膜塑形镜验配技术(single-used precision free form orthokeratology,SPFO)在儿童青少年近视矫正中的应用效果.方法 选取104例近视儿童青少年作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为SPFO组(52例)和传统试戴片库技术组(52例).SPFO组给予SPFO技术验配,传统试戴片库技术组给予传统试戴片库技术验配.两组配戴后均随访12个月.比较两组配戴3、6、12个月后的眼轴长度(axial length,AL)变化量、裸眼视力(uncorrected visual acuity,UCVA)、泪膜破裂时间(tear film break up time,BUT)、角膜内皮细胞计数及并发症.结果 配戴12个月后,两组AL较配戴3、6个月后均增长,配戴6个月后较配戴3个月后均增长,但配戴12个月后,SPFO组AL增长少于传统试戴片库技术组(P<0.05).配戴12个月后,两组UCVA均高于配戴3、6个月后,配戴6个月后高于配戴3个月后,且配戴12个月后,SPFO组高于传统试戴片库技术组(P<0.05).配戴3、6、12个月后,SPFO组并发症发生率均低于传统试戴片库技术组(P<0.05).结论 青少年近视矫正中应用SPFO技术在患者AL控制、视力改善及安全性方面优于传统技术,值得推广使用.

Objective To explore the application effect of single-used precision free form orthokeratology(SPFO)in correcting myopia in children and adolescents.Methods 104 myopic children and adolescents were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the SPFO group(52 cases)and the traditional test strip library technology group(52 cases)using random number table grouping.The SPFO group was given SPFO technology for shaping mirror fitting,while the traditional test piece library technology group was given traditional test piece library technology for fitting.Both groups were followed up for 12 months after wearing it.The changes in axial length(AL),uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),tear film rupture time(BUT),corneal endothelial cell count,and complications after wearing for 3,6,and 12 months of the two groups were compared.Results After wearing for 12 months,both groups showed an increase in AL compared to wearing for 3 and 6 months,and an increase after wearing for 6 months compared to wearing for 3 months.However,after wearing for 12 months,the increase in AL in the SPFO group was less than that in the traditional test strip library technology group(P<0.05).After wearing for 12 months,both groups of UCVA were higher than those after wearing for 3 and 6 months,and higher than those after wearing for 3 months after wearing for 6 months.Moreover,after wearing for 12 months,the SPFO group was higher than the traditional test strip library technology group(P<0.05).After wearing for 3,6,and 12 months,the incidence of complications in the SPFO group was lower than that in the traditional test strip library technology group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SPFO technology in correcting myopia in adolescents is superior to traditional tech-niques in terms of AL control,visual improvement,and safety,and was worthy of clinical promotion.
