河南省医疗卫生服务效能与区域经济耦合协调发展研究OA

Objective To study the coupling coordination degree and relative development degree between the efficiency of medical and health services and the level of regional economic development in Henan Province from 2010 to 2023,and to provide a reference for promoting the coordinated development of medical and health service levels and the economy in Henan Province.Methods The entropy weight method was used to determine the weights of each evaluation index.The relative development degree model and coupling coordination degree model were employed to evaluate the coupling coordination relationship between the effi-ciency of medical and health services and the level of economic development in Henan Province from 2010 to 2023.Results From 2010 to 2023,the comprehensive evaluation mean value of the efficiency of medical and health services in Henan Province in-creased from 0.244 to 0.391,while the comprehensive evaluation mean value of the level of economic development increased from 0.277 to 0.452.The overall coupling coordination results of the two systems showed a positive trend,with the coupling coordina-tion degree increasing from 0.498 to 0.634,and the level of coupling coordination results improving from borderline imbalance to preliminary coordination.There were significant regional differences,forming a hierarchical situation centered around Zhengzhou as the core leading,sub-core improving,and edge lagging.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen core driving and regional linkage,continuously optimize the efficiency of medical and health services,and enhance the adaptability of regional medical and health service levels to economic development.
