基于医务人员视角的医疗人工智能应用效果评测体系构建与实施路径OA
Construction and Implementation of the Evaluation Framework for Medical Artificial Intelligence Applications from the Perspective of Healthcare Professionals
当前医疗卫生领域面临基层诊疗能力薄弱、优质医疗资源分布不均等问题,人工智能成为创新医疗服务模式、提升医疗服务效率的重要途径,但面临着人工智能应用效果不明晰、且与临床需求脱节的核心问题.本研究从医务人员视角,构建"模型-系统-应用"三级评测体系,模型层通过基础性能、泛化性、鲁棒性三项指标,验证算法技术有效性;系统层围绕系统集成兼容性、系统性能、安全保障等方面评估医疗人工智能应用系统的应用效果;应用层聚焦临床使用适配性、临床结果合规性、临床价值增益性,验证人工智能应用在真实诊疗场景的实用价值.该评测体系立足医务人员核心使用需求,适配高风险、常规、基层差异化应用场景,并制定了评测实施路径,优化现有评测环节,为医疗机构选择人工智能应用提供决策依据,推动医疗人工智能行业规范发展.
The weak primary care capabilities and uneven distribution of high-quality medical resources are major challen-ges facing by the healthcare sector.Artificial intelligence(AI)has emerged as a significant pathway to innovate medical service models and enhance service efficiency.However,it faces core issues such as unclear application effectiveness and a disconnect from clinical needs.From the perspective of medical professionals,a three-tiered evaluation framework was constructed,encom-passing "model,system,and application".The model layer validates the algorithmic efficacy through three indicators of founda-tional performance,generalizability,and robustness.The system layer evaluates the application outcomes of medical AI systems from aspects such as system integration compatibility,system performance,and security safeguards.The application layer focuses on clinical usability adaptation,clinical outcome compliance,and clinical value enhancement,verifying the practical utility of AI applications in real-world diagnostic and therapeutic settings.Grounded in the core usage needs of medical professionals,this e-valuation framework is designed to adapt to high-risk,routine,and primary care scenarios with varying requirements.The imple-mentation pathway for evaluation is also outlined,the existing evaluation processes optimized,which provides decision-making sup-port for medical institutions in selecting AI applications,and promotes the standardized development of the medical AI industry.
