植物转基因的方法及在甜菜育种中的应用OA
Method of Plant Genetic Modification and Their Application in Sugar Beet Breeding
植物转基因技术是现代生物技术的核心组成部分,通过将外源目的基因导入植物基因组中,使其获得新的农艺性状,从而突破了传统育种的局限.自20世纪80年代首次获得转基因植物以来,该技术已应用于全球多种作物,创造了巨大的经济和社会价值.甜菜是世界上重要的糖料作物和经济作物之一,其生产常受到病虫害、除草剂、非生物胁迫及品质问题的影响,转基因技术的出现为甜菜育种带来了新的方向,为甜菜产业的可持续发展提供了科技支撑.本文在已有研究的基础上,分析这些技术在甜菜育种中的应用,总结了转基因技术在我国甜菜产业中的发展前景.
Plant genetic engineering technology is a core component of modern biotechnology.By introducing exogenous target genes into the plant genome,it allows plants to acquire new agronomic traits,thereby overcoming the limitations of traditional breeding.Since the first transgenic plants were obtained in the 1980s,this technology has been applied to various crops worldwide,creating significant economic and social value.Sugar beet is one of the world's important sugar crops and economic crops.Its production is often affected by pests and diseases,herbicides,abiotic stress,and quality issues.The emergence of genetic engineering technology has provided a new direction for sugar beet breeding and offers technological support for the sustainable development of the sugar beet industry.Based on existing research,this paper analyzes the application of these technologies in sugar beet breeding and summarizes the development prospects of genetic engineering technology in China's sugar beet industry.
