天然糖类物质分子结构中红外光谱研究(一)OA

探索了天然糖类物质(包括:D-甘露糖、β-D-果糖、β-D-乳糖及D-纤维二糖)分子结构的研究方法.分别开展了天然糖类物质分子结构中红外(MIR)光谱及相关差谱研究.结果发现,天然糖类物质分子结构对应的红外吸收模式包括:二聚体O-H官能团伸缩振动模式(vO-H-二聚体)、二聚体/多聚体O-H官能团伸缩振动模式(vO-H-二聚体/多聚体)、多聚体O-H官能团伸缩振动模式(vO-H-多聚体)、C=O官能团伸缩振动模式(vC=O)、C-O结官能团伸缩振动模式(vC-O)、天然糖类物质分子环振动模式(类型二氧六环的振动,v糖1型)、天然糖类物质分子C-H官能团弯曲振动模式(直立型,v糖2b型)、天然糖类物质分子C-H官能团弯曲振动模式(平展型,v糖2a型)及天然糖类物质分子环振动模式(吡喃糖环的呼吸振动,v糖3型).D-甘露糖中醛基物质相对含量为0.026 7,而β-D-果糖中酮基物质相对含量为0.027 5~0.028 2.MIR光谱可以快速开展天然糖类物质分子结构研究.

The research methods for the molecular structures of natural sugars(including D-mannose,β-D-fructose,β-D-lactose,and D-cellubiose)was explored.Mid-infrared(MIR)spectroscopy and related difference spectra were conducted separately for the molecular structures of these natural sugars.The findings revealed that the infrared absorption patterns corresponding to the molecular structures of natural sugars include:dimer O-H functional group stretching modes(vO-H-dimer),dimer/multimer O-H functional group stretching modes(vO-H-dimer/multimer),multimer O-H functional group stretching modes(vO-H-multimer),C=O functional group stretching modes(vC=O),C-O linkage functional group stretching modes(vC-O),natural sugar molecular ring vibration modes(type of 1,2-dioxane vibration,vsugar1),natural sugar molecular C-H functional group bending vibration modes(upright type,vsugar2b),natural sugar molecular C-H functional group bending vibration modes(flat type,vsugar2a),and natural sugar molecular ring vibration modes(pyranose ring breathing vibration,vsugar3).The relative content of aldehyde groups in D-mannose was 0.026 7,while the relative content of ketone groups in β-D-fructose ranged from 0.027 5 to 0.028 2.MIR spectroscopy enables rapid research on the molecular structures of natural sugars.
