适量滤泥添加通过改善土壤磷组分及养分促进甜菜生长OA
Moderate Addition of Filter Mud Promotes Sugar Beet Growth by Improving Soil Phosphorus Composition and Nutrient Levels
目的 甜菜是一种重要的糖料作物.滤泥作为制糖工业废物,含有有机质及多种植物生长所需矿质元素,可再利用为肥料或土壤改良剂.方法 本研究以黑土为基质,混合不同比例的滤泥培养60天后播种甜菜,设置7个处理F0、F0.5、F1、F3、F5、F7和F9(滤泥含量分别为0、0.5%、1%、3%、5%、7%和9%).通过测定土壤理化性质、磷组分、甜菜植株生物量及养分,分析通过添加滤泥改良土壤促进甜菜生长的作用.结果 结果表明,添加滤泥显著提高了土壤pH值,3%和5%的滤泥含量处理下,pH值最高且稳定.滤泥含量为3%时,Mg2+和Ca2+含量显著增加,Fe2+含量下降约20.48%.土壤团粒结构在3%和5%滤泥含量处理下0.5~1 mm和0.25~0.5 mm粒级的团粒结构显著增多,有效改善土壤结构.添加3%和5%,分别显著增加土壤磷组分中活性态磷和有效磷含量,而添加1%滤泥后土壤中稳定态磷逐渐升高.同时,添加3%和5%滤泥促进甜菜植株鲜重分别增加33.86%和35.58%,干重分别增加86.32%和89.18%,且生物量的增加与土壤理化性质的改善存在显著正相关,表明适量添加滤泥对甜菜生长具有显著促进作用.结论 适量添加3%-5%滤泥能够通过改善土壤团粒结构及提高土壤有效磷及矿质营养供应,有效促进甜菜生长.
Objective Sugar beet is a vital sugar crop.Filter mud,a waste product from the sugar industry,contains organic matter and various mineral elements essential for plant growth,making it suitable for reuse as fertilizer or soil conditioner.Methods In this study,sugar beet was sown after 60 days of cultivation in black soil mixed with filter mud at different ratios.Seven treatments were established:F0,F0.5,F1,F3,F5,F7,and F9(filter mud contents of 0%,0.5%,1%,3%,5%,7%,and 9%,respectively).The effects of filter mud addition on soil improvement and sugar beet growth were analyzed by measuring soil physicochemical properties,phosphorus components,sugar beet biomass,and nutrients.Results indicated that filter mud addition significantly increased soil pH,with the highest and most stable pH observed at 3%and 5%filter mud content.At 3%filter mud content,Mg2+and Ca2+concentrations increased significantly,while Fe2+decreased by approximately 20.48%.Soil aggregate structure significantly improved in the 0.5-1 mm and 0.25-0.5 mm particle size fractions at 3%and 5%filter mud content,effectively enhancing soil structure.Adding 3%and 5%filter mud significantly increased the content of active phosphorus and available phosphorus in the soil phosphorus fraction,while adding 1%filter mud gradually elevated the content of stable phosphorus in the soil.Concurrently,adding 3%and 5%filter mud promoted increases in fresh weight of sugar beet plants by 33.86%and 35.58%,respectively,and dry weight by 86.32%and 89.18%,respectively.The increase in biomass showed a significant positive correlation with the improvement in soil physicochemical properties,indicating that adding filter mud at appropriate levels significantly promotes sugar beet growth.Conclusion Adding 3%-5%filter mud effectively promotes sugar beet growth by improving soil aggregate structure and enhancing the supply of available phosphorus and mineral nutrients.
