甜菜NAC转录因子家族的全基因组鉴定OA
Genome-wide Identification of the NAC Transcription Factor Family in Sugar Beet
目的 对甜菜NAC转录因子家族进行鉴定与生物信息学分析,为进一步探究甜菜NAC基因家族提供理论依据.方法 本研究利用生物学信息学方法对甜菜的NAC转录因子基因家族成员进行全基因组鉴定,并借助expasy、Cell-PLoc 2.0、MEME、Tbtools、MEGA等软件对其理化性质、亚细胞定位、染色体位置、进化关系、基因结构、保守结构域、顺式作用元件及基因共线性进行预测分析.结果 结果表明,在甜菜基因组中,共有27个NAC转录因子基因家族成员,不均等的分布在染色体上;且均具有NAM保守结构域,其中23个基因定位在细胞核上;以其与拟南芥的进化关系为依据,将其与拟南芥划分为16个亚家族;基因结构显示,大部分基因包含外显子和内含子;顺式作用元件分析发现,NAC转录因子可参与多种生物与非生物胁迫响应.结论 甜菜NAC基因较为进化保守,但其功能多样,参与甜菜生长发育,并在甜菜抗逆中发挥着重要的作用.
Objective To identify and conduct a bioinformatics analysis of the NAC transcription factor family in sugar beet,providing a theoretical basis for further investigation of the NAC gene family in this species.Method Bioinformatics methods were employed to conduct a genome-wide identification of the NAC transcription factor gene family members in sugar beet.Various software tools,including ExPASy,Cell-PLoc 2.0,MEME,TBtools,and MEGA,were utilized for predictive analysis of their physicochemical properties,subcellular localization,chromosomal locations,phylogenetic relationships,gene structures,conserved domains,cis-acting elements,and gene synteny.Result The results indicated that a total of 27 NAC transcription factor gene family members were identified in the sugar beet genome,distributed unevenly across the chromosomes.All members possessed the conserved NAM domain,with 23 of these genes predicted to be localized in the nucleus.Based on their phylogenetic relationship with Arabidopsis thaliana,the sugar beet NAC genes were classified into 16 subfamilies alongside Arabidopsis.Analysis of gene structures revealed that most genes contain both exons and introns.Cis-acting element analysis suggested that these NAC transcription factors may be involved in responses to various biotic and abiotic stresses.Conclusion The NAC genes in sugar beet are relatively evolutionarily conserved but exhibit functional diversity.They are involved in the growth and development of sugar beet and play important roles in its stress resistance.
