女性激素水平是影响生殖器官结构和功能的最重要因素,女性激素的过高或过低均会影响阴道镜检查的准确性.文章通过对妊娠和绝经后妇女的个体化阴道镜指征、阴道镜下不同的改变及存在困境等方面的阐述,明确特殊生理状态女性的阴道镜检查要点,并探讨其处理对策.
Female hormone levels are the most important factors influencing the structure and function of the genital organs.Both excessively high and low levels of female hormones can challenge the accuracy of colposcopy.This article elucidates the key points of colposcopic examination in women with special physiological states by discussing the individualized indications for colposcopy,the distinct colposcopic changes,and the existing dilemmas in pregnant and postmenopausal women,and further explores corresponding management strategies.
