胰岛素抵抗(IR)在肥胖等相关代谢性疾病的发生发展中起关键作用,而脂肪组织功能失调在IR 发生中扮演着重要角色.近年来,n-3多不饱和脂肪酸中的主要成分二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA)在缓解 IR 中发挥了重要作用,受到广泛关注.大量研究表明,DHA 和 EPA 可以通过多种机制对脂肪组织起到调节作用.本文从抗炎、抗脂代谢紊乱、糖尿病通路和肠道菌群等方面对 DHA 和 EPA 在脂肪组织中缓解 IR 的作用机制进行综述,为进一步分析其缓解 IR 的分子机制提供理论依据,并为基于 n-3 多不饱和脂肪酸缓解代谢性疾病的药物开发奠定理论基础.

Insulin resistance contributes substantially to the pathogenesis of metabolic diseases including obesity,and impaired adipose tissue function is pivotal for the onset of insulin resistance.In recent years,docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)and eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),the main components of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,have received extensive attention for their effects in alleviating insulin resistance.Numerous studies have shown that DHA and EPA can regulate adipose tissue.This article provides a comprehensive review of the mechanisms by which DHA and EPA alleviate insulin resistance in adipose tissue,focusing on anti-inflammatory effects,lipid metabolism regulation,diabetic pathways,and gut microbiota interactions.The findings offer theoretical foundations for further investigation into the molecular mechanisms involved in insulin resistance mitigation by these compounds,establishing a theoretical basis for developing drugs targeting metabolic diseases using n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
