内蒙古察右后旗马铃薯气候品质认证研究OA
Study on Climate Quality Certification of Potato in Chayouhouqi,Inner Mongolia
针对冷凉地区马铃薯品质受气候条件影响显著,且现有气候品质认证技术鲜见报道的研究缺口,为科学量化气候条件与企业管理对马铃薯品质的综合影响,深度挖掘农业气候资源优势,本研究以察右后旗马铃薯主产区为研究对象,基于2016-2023年国家基本气象站和乌兰哈达苏木自动气象站气象观测资料及2023年马铃薯品质检测与生产管理数据,明确马铃薯关键生长期(播种—出苗期、出苗—分枝期等)适宜气象指标.采用对比法和指标判别法,构建包含气候适宜性区划(权重0.3)、当年气候条件(权重0.5)、企业种植管理水平(权重0.2)的综合评价模型.结果表明,认证区域属于马铃薯种植气候适宜区(X1=100分);2023年生长期光温资源充足(≥10℃积温2672℃,日照时数1527.2 h),降水量与历年持平(211.6 mm),阶段性干旱通过灌溉措施有效缓解,气候资源评分92分,气象灾害扣减6分(X2=86分);企业生产管理水平优良(X3=95分);综合评分92分,2023年马铃薯气候品质等级为特优,其外观品质(块茎整齐度1级、大小3级)与内在品质(相对淀粉含量1.2%)均达标.本研究可为马铃薯气候品质认证提供技术支撑.
To address the research gap wherein potato quality in cool and cold regions is markedly affected by climatic conditions,with limited existing research on climate quality certification technologies,this study aims to scientifically quantify the comprehensive impacts of climatic factors and enterprise management practices on potato quality,while fully leveraging the advantages of agricultural climatic resources.Focusing on the major potato-producing region of Chayouhou Banner,the research employed meteorological observation data from national basic meteorological stations and the Wulan Hada Sumu automatic meteorological station covering the period 2016-2023,as well as potato quality testing and production management data from 2023,to clarify the suitable meteorological indicators for key potato growth stages(i.e.,sowing-emergence,emergence-branching).By adopting the comparative method and index discrimination method,a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed,encompassing climate suitability zoning(weight=0.3),current-year climatic conditions(weight=0.5),and enterprise planting management level(weight=0.2).The results revealed that the certified region is a climatically suitable area for potato planting(X1=100 points).In 2023,light and temperature resources during the growth period were sufficient(≥10℃accumulated temperature:2672℃;sunshine duration:1527.2 h),precipitation was consistent with the multi-year average(211.6 mm),and periodic drought was effectively alleviated through irrigation measures.The climate resource score was 92 points,with an 6-point deduction due to meteorological disasters(X2=86 points).Enterprise production management level was excellent(X3=95 points),yielding a comprehensive score of 92 points.Thus,the 2023 potato climate quality was graded as"Special Superior",with both appearance quality(tuber uniformity:Grade 1;size:Grade 3)and internal quality(relative starch content:1.2%)meeting the required standards.This study provides technical support for the climate quality certification of potatoes.
