基于碳—水足迹的畜禽养殖环境承载力估算OA

Estimation of Environment Bearing Capacity of Animal Farming Based on Carbon-water Footprint

区域种养平衡是农业绿色发展的重要目标,而养殖所造成的大气环境和水环境等污染,成为制约畜禽养殖业绿色高效发展的因素之一.开展畜禽养殖环境承载力的建模工作,评估区域适宜养殖量,能够为区域种养平衡与环境保护提供参考.本研究以华北平原的畜禽养殖业生产系统为研究对象,运用第二次全国污染源普查成果,核算2017年畜禽养殖业的碳足迹和灰水足迹.在此基础上,根据区域水环境、大气环境、农田养分和政策导向约束,运用线性规划与情景分析方法,对华北平原畜禽养殖环境承载力进行建模并开展仿真分析.研究结果表明,基于碳足迹和灰水足迹的评价与优化,北京市、天津市、河北省、山东省和河南省的畜禽养殖环境承载力分别为0.1亿、0.2亿、2.9亿、5.8亿、10.3亿头,远超当前养殖量,未出现超载情况.在不同环境条件下,畜禽养殖环境承载力呈现出不同的变化趋势.当水环境压力增大时,畜禽养殖环境承载力呈现下降趋势;当畜禽养殖业水污染物中氨氮排放量减少50%时,华北平原畜禽养殖环境承载力增至20.4亿头,提高了66.7%;而当地表水资源开始减少时,畜禽养殖环境承载力则会因低于政策导向值而受到约束.由此可见,减少水污染物排放量,能够有效缓解华北平原水资源紧缺对畜禽养殖业发展的压力.为促进华北平原畜禽养殖业可持续发展,提出以下建议:畜禽养殖场应加强厌氧发酵工程配套,减少氨氮等水污染物的排放;政府需加大粪肥还田的农机具购置与生产补贴,实现粪肥高效还田;建立养殖场绿色账户,运用财政手段引导产业绿色转型.

Regional balance between planting and breeding is an important goal of green agricultural development.Pollution to the atmosphere and water environment caused by breeding is one of the factors restricting the green and efficient development of animal breeding industry.This paper conducted modeling work of the environmental bearing capacity of animal farming,evaluated the appropriate breeding volume in the region,and provided a reference for regional balance between planting and breeding and environmental protection.The animal breeding production system in the North China Plain was taken as the research object.The results of the second national pollution source census were used to calculate the carbon footprint and grey water footprint of the animal breeding industry in 2017.According to the regional water environment,atmospheric environment,farmland nutrients and policy-oriented constraints,the linear programming and scenario analysis methods were used to model and simulate the environmental bearing capacity of animal farming in the North China Plain.The results showed that based on the evaluation and optimization of carbon footprint and grey water footprint,the environmental bearing capacity of animal farming in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei Province,Shandong Province and Henan Province was 10 million,20 million,290 million,580 million and 1.03 billion heads respectively,which far exceeded the current breeding volume and were not overloaded.When the water environment pressure increased,the environmental bearing capacity of animal farming showed a downward trend.When the ammonia nitrogen emissions from water pollutants of animal breeding industry were reduced by 50%,the environmental bearing capacity of animal farming in the North China Plain increased to 2.04 billion heads,an increase of 66.7%;once the surface water resources began to decrease,the animal bearing capacity was constrained because it was lower than the policy-guided value.It could be seen that reducing the discharge of water pollutants alleviated the pressure of water shortage in the North China Plain on the development of animal breeding industry.It was recommended that animal farms should strengthen anaerobic fermentation engineering facilities,reduced the emission of water pollutants such as ammonia nitrogen;the government should increase subsidies for the purchase and production of agricultural machinery for returning manure to the fields,to achieve efficient return of manure to the fields;green accounts should be established for farms,and fiscal means should be used to guide the green transformation of the industry.
