基于知识图谱的土壤线虫研究现状及发展趋势分析OA

Analysis of Research Status and Development Trends of Soil Nematodes Based on Knowledge Graph

为系统揭示土壤线虫领域研究进展与趋势,本研究采用CiteSpace文献计量学方法,对2002-2021年间中国知网(CNKI)核心数据库(459篇文献)及Web of Science核心合集(5822篇文献)的土壤线虫研究文献进行可视化分析.结果表明:(1)研究产出呈持续增长态势,国际研究2009-2012年进入快速扩张期,年均增长篇幅达153篇,2013-2020年转入稳定增长期,年均发文量513.13篇;国际高产机构前3位为佛罗里达大学(University of Florida,Univ Florida)、根特大学(Ghent University,Univ Ghent)和美国农业研究局(Agricultural Research Service,ARS),国内高产机构前3位为中国科学院、南京农业大学和中国农业大学;(2)研究热点聚焦于土壤线虫群落结构特征、营养功能群动态、生态系统功能多样性、生物防治技术、成熟度指数(MI)响应机制、有机肥施用效应及微生物-基因互作关系等核心领域;(3)国际前沿研究团队以CAMPOS-HERRERA R和VAN DER PUTTEN W H等为代表,国内形成以李辉信-胡峰-刘满强团队及刘奇志-李贺勤-王学霞团队为代表的重点研究集群.研究表明,土壤线虫研究已形成多维度研究体系,但需加强国内外研究团队间的协同创新,尤其在功能基因组学(聚焦线虫响应环境扰动的基因调控机制、功能基因表达与生态功能关联)与生态网络分析(侧重转基因作物-线虫-微生物互作网络构建、土壤食物网结构动态模拟)等新兴交叉领域.

In order to reveal the research progress and trends in the field of soil nematodes,this study employed the CiteSpace bibliometric method to conduct a visual analysis of soil nematode research literature from 2002 to 2021 in the CNKI core database(459 articles)and the Web of Science core collection(5822 articles).The results showed that:(1)research output had shown sustained growth.International research entered a period of rapid expansion from 2009 to 2012,with an average annual increase of 153 publications.From 2013 to 2020,it transitioned into a phase of stable growth,averaging 513.13 publications per year.The top three high-output international institutions were the University of Florida(Univ Florida),Ghent University(Univ Ghent),and the Agricultural Research Service(ARS).The top three high-output domestic institutions were the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Nanjing Agricultural University,and China Agricultural University.(2)Research hotspots focused on core areas such as the structural characteristics of soil nematode communities,the dynamics of trophic functional groups,the diversity of ecosystem functions,biological control techniques,the response mechanism of maturity index(MI),the effects of organic fertilizer application,and the interaction between microorganisms and genes.(3)International leading research teams were represented by CAMPOS-HERRERA R and VAN DER PUTTEN W H,while domestic key research clusters were represented by the Li Huixin-Hu Feng-Liu Manqiang team and the Liu Qizhi-Li Heqin-Wang Xuexia team.The study indicates that soil nematode research has formed a multi-dimensional research system,but it is necessary to strengthen collaborative innovation among domestic and international research teams,especially in emerging cross-disciplinary fields such as functional genomics and ecological network analysis.
