氮肥减量配施生物有机肥对茄子生长、光合特性及养分吸收的影响OA
Effects of Nitrogen Reduction Combined with Bio-organic Fertilizer on Growth,Photosynthetic Characteristics and Nutrient Absorption of Eggplant
为研究氮肥减量配施生物有机肥对拱圆大棚种植茄子生长、光合特性及养分吸收的影响,筛选适宜的生物有机肥与化肥配施方案,以'露帅'茄子为试材,设置完全不施肥(CK)、单施生物有机肥3000 kg/hm2(T1),单施化肥(T2)、化肥减氮10%+生物有机肥1800 kg/hm2(T3)、化肥减氮20%+生物有机肥2400 kg/hm2(T4)5个施肥处理.结果表明,在不同生育期,T3处理均有较高的株高、茎粗和根系活力,根体积较T2处理显著提高31.52%.光合色素含量、光合气体交换参数、叶绿素荧光参数指标以T3处理表现较佳,其蒸腾速率较CK显著提高81.56%,实际光化学效率(ΦPSII)较其他处理显著提高4.76%~10.00%.此外,在茄子不同器官中,T3处理的养分含量较其他处理均有不同程度的提高.综合茄子的生长、光合特性及养分含量指标,T3处理为最佳施肥方案.
Using the eggplant variety'Lushuai'as the test material,CK(no fertilization at all),and treatments of T1(single application of bio-organic fertilizer,3000 kg/hm2),T2(single application of chemical fertilizer),T3(10%reduction of nitrogen by chemical fertilizer+1800 kg/hm2 of bio-organic fertilizer)and T4(20%nitrogen reduction by fertilizer+2400 kg/hm2 of bio-organic fertilizer)were set,to explore the effects of nitrogen reduction combined with bio-organic fertilizer on the growth,photosynthetic characteristics and nutrient absorption of eggplants in the rounded greenhouse,with a view to screening the appropriate bio-organic fertilizer combined application scheme.The results showed that at different growth stages,the T3 treatment had higher plant height,stem diameter and root activity,and the root volume was significantly increased by 31.52%compared with the T2 treatment.The content of photosynthetic pigments,photosynthetic gas parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were better in the T3 treatment.Its transpiration rate was significantly increased by 81.56%compared with CK,and the actual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSII)was significantly increased by 4.76%to 10.00%compared with other treatments.In addition,in different organs of eggplants,the nutrient content in the T3 treatment was increased to varying degrees compared with other treatments.Based on the growth,photosynthetic characteristics and nutrient content of eggplants,the T3 treatment was the best fertilization scheme.
