基于网状Meta分析施肥对甘草生长与品质的影响OA
Effect of Fertilization on Growth and Quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Based on Network Meta-analysis
为解决不合理施肥导致甘草徒长、品质下降的问题,本研究结合文献计量与网状Meta分析,系统探究施肥对甘草生长及品质的影响,并从多组学与微生物角度解析作用机制.通过系统检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、Web of Science、PubMed数据库中至2024年9月关于不同施肥方式影响甘草产量和品质的随机对照试验,通过对研究类型、研究对象、干预措施、结局指标等研究内容进行筛选,最终纳入符合标准的10篇文献,运用Web Plot Digitizer、RevMan 5.3、Stata 14.0等软件对数据进行提取和网状Meta分析,评估不同施肥类型、配比及时间对甘草产量、甘草酸、甘草苷含量及株高的影响.分析文献发现,N-P复合肥对提升甘草产量效果最优;N-P-K复合肥在提高甘草酸、甘草苷含量及促进株高生长方面表现最佳,其最佳配比为1:0.99:0.64;6月施肥对株高促进作用最显著.并且,施肥通过调控还原酶(HMGR)、法尼基焦磷酸合酶(FPS)等关键酶活性、三萜与黄酮类合成途径、根际微生物群落结构,影响甘草产量与品质.本研究明确了甘草优质高产的最优施肥方案,为甘草规范化栽培提供科学依据与技术支撑.
In order to solve the problem of overgrowth and quality decline of licorice caused by unreasonable fertilization,this study systematically explored the effects of fertilization on the growth and quality of licorice by bibliometrics combining with network Meta-analysis,and analyzed the mechanism of action from the perspective of multi-omics and microorganisms.The literature regarding randomized controlled trials on the effects of different fertilization methods on the yield and quality of licorice were systematically searched in CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Web of Science and PubMed database until September 2024.Through the screening of research types,research objects,interventions,outcome indicators and other research contents,10 literatures that met the criteria were finally included.Web Plot Digitizer,RevMan 5.3,Stata 14.0 and other software were used to extract the data and perform network Meta-analysis.The effects of different fertilization types,ratios and time on the yield,glycyrrhizic acid,liquiritin content and plant height of licorice were evaluated.By analyzing the literature,it was found that N-P compound fertilizer had the best effect on increasing the yield of licorice.The N-P-K compound fertilizer had the best performance in increasing the content of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin and promoting the growth of plant height,and the best ratio was 1:0.99:0.64;fertilization in June had the most significant effect on plant height.In summary,fertilization affected the yield and quality of licorice by regulating the activities of key enzymes such as reductase(HMGR)and farnesyl pyrophosphate synthase(FPS),triterpenoid and flavonoid synthesis pathways,and rhizosphere microbial community structure.This study clarified the optimal fertilization scheme for high quality and high yield production of licorice,and provided scientific basis and technical support for standardized cultivation of licorice.
