为开发小麦土传病害绿色防控药剂,探究柠檬醛的抑菌潜力及与戊唑醇混配的减药增效效应,本研究以禾谷丝核菌、禾谷镰孢、假禾谷镰孢为供试菌株,通过制备柠檬醛微囊,采用生长速率测定法等测得柠檬醛的抑菌活性、对病原菌产孢的抑制效果以及混配药剂对病害的防治效果.结果表明,柠檬醛对禾谷丝核菌、禾谷镰孢、假禾谷镰孢的EC50分别为31.66、80.81、129.36 mg/L,表现出较强的抑菌活性;0.15 mL/L柠檬醛可完全抑制禾谷镰孢与假禾谷镰孢的产孢;戊唑醇用量减半后与柠檬醛混配,其抑菌效果优于戊唑醇单独使用;与对照组相比,戊唑醇用量减半(0.2 mL/L)与柠檬醛微囊混配处理使禾谷丝核菌、禾谷镰孢、假禾谷镰孢引起的土传病害发病率分别降低34.25%、41.66%、30.56%.以上结果表明柠檬醛对小麦土传病害具有较好的抑制效果,与戊唑醇混配可有效防控小麦土传病害的发生,并减少化学农药用量,本研究为开发防控小麦土传病害的新型天然杀菌剂提供重要参考.

To investigate the inhibitory effect of citral on wheat soil-borne fungal diseases and its potential for reduced pesticide use and enhance efficacy when mixed with tebuconazole,this study used Rhizoctonia cerealis,Fusarium graminearum,and F.pseudograminearum as test strains.By preparing citral microcapsules and using the mycelial growth rate method,the inhibitory activity of citral,its effect on sporulation of the pathogens,and the control efficacy of the mixed formulation against soil-borne diseases were determined.The results showed that the EC50 values of citral against R.cerealis,F.graminearum,and F.pseudograminearum were 31.66,80.81,and 129.36 mg/L,respectively,indicating strong antifungal activity.Citral at 0.15 mL/L completely inhibited the sporulation of both F.graminearum and F.pseudograminearum.When the dosage of tebuconazole was reduced by half and mixed with citral,the inhibitory effect was superior to that of tebuconazole alone.Compared with the control group,treatment with half-dose tebuconazole(0.2 mL/L)mixed with citral microcapsules reduced the incidence of soil-borne diseases caused by R.cerealis,F.graminearum,and F.pseudograminearum by 34.25%,41.66%,and 30.56%,respectively.These results indicate that citral has good inhibitory effects on wheat soil-borne diseases,and its mixture with tebuconazole can effectively control the disease occurrence while reducing chemical pesticide usage.This study provides an important reference for developing new natural fungicides for the management of wheat soil-borne diseases.
