透明质酸复配羟基磷灰石微球在注射鼻整形中的应用效果观察OA

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hyaluronic acid combined with hydroxyapatite microspheres in injectable rhinoplasty.Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent injection treatment for low nose in the outpatient department from December 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into the study group as Group A(n=48)and the control group as group B(n=48)according to the treatment methods.Group A was treated with hyaluronic acid combined with hydroxyapatite microsphere injection.Group B received hyaluronic acid injection treatment.The improvement of the nasal conditions of the patients was evaluated before treatment and 6 months after treatment respectively,as well as the satisfaction of the patients and the occurrence of complications.Results Six months after treatment,both nasal tip height and nasion height were significantly higher than pre-treatment levels in both groups(P＜0.05).At 6 months post-treatment,nasal tip height and nasion height in Group A were significantly higher than those in Group B(P＜0.05).In addition,nasal dorsum soft tissue firmness and translucency scores were higher in Group A than in Group B at 6 months post-treatment(P＜0.05).Patient satisfaction in Group A was also higher than in Group B(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Injection of hyaluronic acid combined with hydroxyapatite microspheres into the nose can effectively improve low nasal dorsum.Compared with hyaluronic acid alone,this combination provides better long-term maintenance of nasal height and superior tactile and visual outcomes of the nasal dorsum.
