楔形切除结合改良的埋没垂直褥式缝合在眼睑肿物切除术后创面闭合中的应用OA

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wedge-shaped Excision and Modified Buried Vertical Mattress Suture(WE-MBVMS)in wound repair following eyelid tumor resection.Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted,enrolling 60 patients with eyelid masses admitted to the Lingang Campus of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital between July 2022 and October 2024.Patients were categorized into the WE-MBVMS group(n=30)and the traditional suture group(n=30)based on the surgical approach employed.Postoperative scar quality was assessed using the Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale(POSAS)and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for scars.Additionally,scar width measurements and patient satisfaction levels were statistically analyzed.Results At 6 months after the operation,both the observer score and the patient score in the WE-MBVMS group were lower than those in the traditional suture group(all P＜0.05).The scar width in the WE-MBVMS group was significantly smaller than that in the traditional suture group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction score of patients in the WE-MBVMS group was higher than that in the traditional suture group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The WE-MBVMS technique effectively alleviates incision tension via wedge resection and layered suturing to minimize tissue traction,thereby significantly enhancing scar appearance and increasing patient satisfaction.This method represents an optimal choice for postoperative repair of eyelid tumors.
