两种缝合法对骨性Ⅲ类牙颌面畸形正颌术后鼻唇部美学效果的影响OA

Objective To investigate the impact of apposition suture after labeling the nasal base muscle group and direct suspension suture of the nasal base muscle group on nasolabial aesthetic effect in patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion after orthognathic surgery.Methods A total of 102 patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion who underwent Le Fort I osteotomy in the hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected.They were divided into the reference group(direct suspension suture of the nasal base muscle group,n=51)and the study group(apposition suture after labeling the nasal base muscle group,n=51)according to the suture method.The nasolabial aesthetics related indicators before surgery and at the end of 6 months after surgery,satisfaction,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of 6 months after surgery,the length of nasal dorsum,nasal depth,facial protrusion,width of the alar wing,alar base width,and height of upper lip skin in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group[3.92%(2/51)]was slightly lower than that in the reference group[5.88%(3/51)](P＞0.05).Conclusion The apposition suture after labeling the nasal base muscle group is superior to direct suspension suture of the nasal base muscle group in terms of nasolabial aesthetic effect in patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion after orthognathic surgery.The former can effectively enhance patients'facial aesthetics and subjective satisfaction.Both suture methods have good safety and are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
