改良Karapandzic瓣修复下唇缺损的临床分析OA

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Karapandzic flap in the repair of lower lip defect.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 90 patients with lower lip defect length＞1/3 in the hospital between March 2020 and March 2024.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into modified Karapandzic flap group(n=48,modified Karapandzic flap repair)and Yu flap group(n=42,Yu flap repair).All patients were followed up for at least 1 year after treatment.The postoperative recovery time(suture removal time,one-stage healing time),scar healing,repair effect of lower lip and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was flap survival and one-stage healing in both groups after surgery.The postoperative suture removal time and one-stage healing time in modified Karapandzic flap group were shorter than those in Yu flap group(P＜0.05).At 6 months after surgery,flap tension,score of overall scar appearance and scar width in modified Karapandzic flap group were lower than those in Yu flap group(P＜0.05).At 1 year after surgery,there were no significant differences in scores of repair effect of lower lip(aesthetics evaluation,functional evaluation,patients satisfaction)between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The modified Karapandzic flap and Yu flap have similar and good clinical repair effect on lower lip defect.However,the former has faster postoperative wound healing,better scar healing,and will not increase postoperative complications.
