文献计量视角下质性方法在药学实践研究中的应用图景分析OA

AIM To analyze literature on pharmacy practice research utilizing qualitative methods over the past 5 years,and to explore research hotspots and development trends in pharmacy practice research.METHODS A systematic literature search was conducted in the Web of Science Core Collection for relevant articles published between 2021 and 2025.Bibliometric analysis was conducted using CiteSpace software,followed by in-depth mining of analytical results.RESULTS A total of 2 559 articles were included.Annual publications consistently exceeded 500,with regional distribution showing:North America as the core hub,Europe as a pivotal region,Oceania as a distinctive growth pole,and insufficient participation from Asia and Africa.Hotspot analysis revealed concentrated research themes on enhancing medication adherence,optimizing disease management,and improving patients' quality of life through diversified interventions and interdisciplinary collaboration,alongside a focus on specific populations' need and innovative pharmacy service models.CONCLUSION Qualitative methods have expanded pharmaceutical research from drug-centered perspectives to multidimensional explorations of patient experiences,behavioral mechanisms,and pharmacy service innovations.
