目的:探讨单人可控桡骨远端复位装置临床应用中的安全性和有效性.方法:回顾分析2023年9月至2024年9月收治的伸直型桡骨远端骨折患者21例,其中男6例,女15例;年龄26~84(62.09±13.43)岁,通过单人操作复位装置的方法进行复位及固定治疗.对比复位前、后患者桡骨远端尺骨差异、尺偏角和掌倾角变化,由2名不同医生进行测量,并取其平均值.保守治疗12周后,采用Cooney腕关节评分对腕关节功能进行评估.结果:所有患者骨折达到临床愈合标准,并获得12周以上的随访.复位前尺骨差异(3.071±2.719)mm,尺偏角(19.048±5.133)°,掌倾角(-18.333±12.220)°,复位后分别为(1.252±2.540)mm、(21.476±3.907)°、(5.714±7.478)°,复位前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).复位12周后Cooney腕关节功能评分(89.04±4.85)分,其中优12例,良6例,中3例.结论:单人可控桡骨远端骨折复位装置可用于伸直型桡骨远端骨折的复位操作,影像学复位效果确切,早期腕关节功能恢复良好.

Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of the single-operator controllable reduction device for distal ra-dius fractures in clinical application.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 21 patients with extension-type distal radius fractures admitted from September 2023 to September 2024,including 6 males and 15 females.Their ages ranged from 26 to 84 years old,with a mean age of(62.09±13.43)years old.All patients received reduction and fixation treatment using the single-operator reduction device.The differences in distal radioulnar variance,ulnar inclination angle and palmar tilt angle of patients were compared before and after reduction.All measurements were performed by two independent physicians,and the average values were adopted.Twelve weeks after conservative treatment,wrist joint function was evaluated using the Cooney wrist scoring system.Results All patients achieved clinical fracture healing and were followed up for more than 12 weeks.Be-fore reduction,the distal radioulnar variance was(3.071±2.719)mm,ulnar inclination angle was(19.048±5.133)°,and pal-mar tilt angle was(-18.333±12.220)°.After reduction,the above indicators were(1.252±2.540)mm,(21.476±3.907)° and(5.714±7.478)° respectively.There were statistically significant differences in all indexes before and after reduction(P<0.05).At 12 weeks after reduction,the mean Cooney wrist joint functional score was(89.04±4.85)points,including 12 cases with ex-cellent results,6 good cases and 3 fair cases.Conclusion The single-operator controlled reduction device provides reliable ra-diographic restoration for Colles-type distal radius fractures,with favorable short-term functional recovery outcomes.
