清热祛湿汤熏洗坐浴联合负压封闭引流治疗高位肛周脓肿的效果分析OA

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined application of fumigation and sitz bath with Qingre Qushi Decoction and vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of high perianal abscess.Methods A total of 88 patients with high perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to October 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received VSD combined with routine postoperative anti-infective therapy,while the observation group was treated with VSD combined with fumigation and sitz bath with Qingre Qushi Decoction.The clinical efficacy,pain scores,wound healing-related indicators,levels of inflammatory factors,and postoperative wound conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores and wound secretion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the slough shedding time and wound healing time were shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no statistically sig-nificant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups decreased compared with baseline,and the observation group showed lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The grading distribution of wound redness and swelling in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fumigation and sitz bath with Qingre Qushi Decoction combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of high perianal abscess can significantly relieve postoperative pain,inhibit the inflammatory response,reduce wound secretion,and acceler-ate wound healing.The clinical efficacy is definite and worthy of popularization and application.
