Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔行RPH联合外剥内扎术后复发影响因素分析OA

Objective To explore the influencing factors for recurrence after Ruiyun procedure for hemor-rhoids(RPH)combined with external dissection and internal ligation in patients with grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 128 patients with grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids who visited our hos-pital from June 2024 to February 2025 were included as study participants in this retrospective cohort study.According to the recurrence status at 6 months after surgery,they were divided into a recurrence group(n=18)and a non-recurrence group(n=110).The differences in indicators between the two groups were compared,and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the independent risk factors influencing the recurrence after RPH combined with external dissection and internal ligation in 128 patients with grade Ⅲ andⅣ mixed hemorrhoids.Results The proportions of patients with sedentary occupations,postoperative constipa-tion and spicy food eating habits in the recurrence group were higher than those in the non-recurrence group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that occupation type(OR=3.444,95%CI:1.119-10.598),postoperative constipation(OR=4.031,95%CI:1.318-12.326)and eating habits(OR=3.562,95%CI:1.103-11.510)were independent influencing factors for postoperative recurrence in patients with grade Ⅲ andⅣ mixed hemorrhoids(P<0.05).Conclusion Sedentary occupation,postoperative constipation and prefer-ence for spicy food are independent risk factors for recurrence after RPH combined with external dissection and internal ligation in patients with grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids.Clinically,peri-operative management and lifestyle guidance can be strengthened for the above-mentioned interventional factors to reduce the risk of postoperative recurrence.
