内镜黏膜切除术中预防性放置钛夹对结直肠息肉患者迟发性出血的影响OA

Objective To investigate the effect of prophylactic titanium clip placement during endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)on delayed bleeding in patients with colorectal polyps.Methods A total of 84 patients with colorectal polyps admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.All patients underwent EMR.In the control group,conventional electrocoagulation hemostasis was performed on the wound after lesion resection,while in the observation group,titanium clips were used to clamp the wound after lesion resec-tion.Wound hemostasis-related indicators,postoperative recovery time and follow-up outcomes were com-pared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in immediate hemostasis,total operation time,bowel sound recovery time and the proportion of patients requiring blood transfusion(P>0.05).The hemostasis operation time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of delayed bleeding and the rate of re-endoscopic hemostasis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prophylactic titanium clip placement during EMR in patients with colorectal polyps has significant clinical value,which is conducive to promoting wound closure,shortening hospital stay,reducing the incidence of delayed bleeding and the rate of re-endoscopic hemostasis,and possesses remarkable clinical application value.
