直肠癌腹会阴联合切除术后尿潴留影响因素分析OA

Objective To explore the relevant influencing factors of retention urinary after abdominoperineal resection(APR)for rectal cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with low rectal cancer who underwent APR in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were enrolled.According to the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention,the patients were divided into the urinary retention group(n=26)and the non-urinary reten-tion group(n=60).Clinical medical data of patients were collected,and univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were performed to screen the risk factors of postoperative urinary retention.Results Age(OR=1.073,95%CI:1.012-1.138),operative duration(OR=5.534,95%CI:1.633-18.759)and postoperative catheter removal time(OR=6.608,95%CI:1.642-26.589)were independent risk factors for postoperative urinary retention in rectal cancer patients undergoing APR(P<0.05).Patients with advanced age,operative duration longer than 4 hours and postoperative catheter removal time less than 4 days had higher risks of urinary retention.Conclusion Advanced age,prolonged operative duration and early postoperative catheter removal are risk factors for urinary retention after APR for rectal cancer.Individual-ized perioperative management schemes should be formulated preoperatively,and operative duration and cath-eter removal time should be reasonably controlled to reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention.
