Research on Standardization System for Microstructure Inspection of Aluminum Alloys

铝合金性能由微观组织结构决定,建立配套检验标准体系是质量管控的重要基础.本文对比铝合金无损、有损组织检验的优缺点与适用场景,提出两类检验方法联合评价思路,并梳理16项相关标准,划分无损、有损两大标准子体系,搭建覆盖铝合金全生产运维链条的标准化框架.该体系可统一检验判定依据,保障高端装备构件服役安全,支撑新材料研发与质量仲裁.

The properties of aluminium alloys are determined by their microstructures.Establishing a supporting inspection standards system serves as a fundamental basis for quality control.This paper compares the advantages,disadvantages and applicable scenarios of destructive and non-destructive microstructure inspection for aluminium alloys,proposes a joint evaluation approach for these two categories,sorts out 16 relevant standards,classifies them into non-destructive and destructive standards subsystems,and constructs a standardized framework covering the entire production,operation and maintenance chain of aluminum alloys.The system unifies inspection and judgment criteria,ensures service safety of high-end equipment components,and supports new material research and development as well as quality arbitration.
