Standards Advance the Independent Controllability of Key Coating Materials in the Information Industry

关键镀膜材料支撑集成电路、光电子、磁记录等核心领域快速发展,其性能直接决定了终端产品的品质与竞争力,是保障产业链供应链安全稳定的关键环节.当前,我国正处于信息产业向高端化迈进的关键阶段,推动关键镀膜材料自主可控已成为破解"卡脖子"难题、实现产业高质量发展的必然要求.其中,强化高端靶材、蒸发料等核心镀膜材料及配套标准供给,构建全链条标准体系,更是加速国产替代、提升产业竞争力的核心抓手.本文从产业发展现状、标准体系建设情况及典型案例、近期重点推进工作等方面,介绍我国信息产业关键镀膜材料自主可控的工作基础和推进路径.

Key coating materials underpin the rapid development of core sectors including integrated circuits,optoelectronics and magnetic recording.Their performance directly determines the quality and market competitiveness of end products,serving as a critical link for safeguarding the security and stability of industrial and supply chains.At present,China's information industry is at a pivotal stage of advancing toward high-end manufacturing.Promoting the independent controllability of key coating materials has become an inevitable requirement for breaking bottleneck technologies and achieving high-quality industrial development.In particular,boosting the supply of standards for core coating materials,such as high-end sputtering targets and evaporation materials,and establishing a full-chain standards system,constitute a core approach to accelerate domestic substitution and enhance industrial competitiveness.This paper elaborates on the working foundation and promotion pathways for realizing independent controllability of key coating materials in China's information industry from the perspectives of industrial development status,construction and typical cases of the standards system,and recent key work progress.
