标准化:从规范走向卓越的进化之路OACHSSCD

Against the backdrop that standardization leads industrial competition,the capability of standards development has become a core indicator measuring enterprises'core competitiveness.Realizing the implementation of management standardization and driving enterprises to upgrade from standardized operation to excellent development is a key task for modern enterprises to achieve high-quality development.Built on seven modules and nine core philosophies,the Performance Excellence Model forms a comprehensive all-dimensional management framework.It breaks through the limitations of conventional quality management systems that focus merely on compliance control,and aligns highly with the inherent logic of enterprise management standardization in system integration,digital implementation,and balanced governance of all stakeholders.This paper analyzes the internal correlation between performance excellence and management standardization from the perspective of theoretical homology and implementation path coupling.It puts forward an integrated construction scheme of standardization system covering organizational governance,business process,performance control,document architecture and continuous optimization,which provides theoretical reference and practical paradigm for enterprises to realize the development path from normative management to standardized solidification and excellent upgrading.
