氢基绿色能源全生命周期综合评价体系的标准化构建与应用研究OACHSSCD
Standardization Construction and Application of a Comprehensive Evaluation System for the Full Life Cycle of Hydrogen-Based Green Energy
在全球应对气候变化、加速能源体系低碳化转型的背景下,氢基能源作为实现工业、交通等高能耗领域深度脱碳的关键载体,其战略地位日益凸显.然而,氢能产业链条长、技术路径多样,急需一套以标准化为核心,科学、严谨、透明且国际接轨的评价体系进行量化评估与权威认证.基于此,本文系统构建一套以全生命周期评价(LCA)为核心框架,并深度融入标准化理念与方法的氢基能源综合评价系统.该标准体系为氢基能源项目的绿色价值评估、碳排放权交易、绿色金融支持及政府精准施策提供核心的标准化方法论与工具支撑,从而有效引导产业规避"伪绿色"陷阱,推动氢能产业实现高质量、可持续与可信赖的发展.
Against the backdrop of global efforts to address climate change and accelerate the low-carbon transformation of the energy system,hydrogen-based energy,as a key carrier for achieving deep decarbonization in high-energy-consuming sectors such as industry and transportation,occupies an increasingly prominent strategic status.However,the hydrogen energy industry chain is long and the technical paths are diverse.There is an urgent need for a standardized,scientific,rigorous,transparent and internationally aligned evaluation system to conduct quantitative assessment and authoritative certification.Based on this,this paper systematically constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for hydrogen-based energy that takes life cycle assessment(LCA)as the core framework and deeply integrates the concepts and methods of standardization.The standardization system provides core standardization methodologies and tool support for the green value assessment of hydrogen-based energy projects,carbon emission rights trading,green financial support,and precise government policy implementation.This effectively guides the industry to avoid the"pseudo-green"trap and promotes the high-quality,sustainable and reliable development of the hydrogen energy industry.
