BR55是一种靶向血管内皮生长因子受体2(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2,VEGFR2)的脂质微泡超声分子造影剂.作为已进入临床评估的靶向超声造影剂,BR55标志着超声成像从解剖、功能时代迈入了分子时代.然而,尽管已有综述文章探讨了BR55的临床前研究和初步临床应用,但目前缺乏针对BR55临床试验各阶段的详细综述,这限制了对BR55技术临床应用路径的全面规划和理解.本综述对BR55已完成或进行中的各期临床试验数据、不同肿瘤类型中的成像效能及其作为治疗响应生物标志物的潜力进行了系统梳理和总结.本文旨在为国内学者提供前沿参考,发挥超声分子成像技术在精准医疗中的核心作用.
BR55 is a lipid microbubble ultrasound molecular contrast agent targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2).As a targeted ultrasound contrast agent that has entered clinical evaluation,BR55 marks the transition of ultrasound imaging from the anatomical and functional era into the molecular era.However,despite existing review articles discussing the preclinical research and preliminary clinical application of BR55,there is currently a lack of a detailed review focusing on the various stages of BR55 clinical trials,which limits the comprehensive planning and understanding of the clinical application path of BR55 technology.The latest advancements of this review are reflected in the systematic synthesis and summary of data from completed and ongoing clinical trials of BR55 across all phases,its imaging efficacy across various tumor types,and its potential as a therapeutic response biomarker.This review aims to provide cutting-edge references for domestic scholars and play a core role of ultrasound molecular imaging technology in precision medicine.
