针对渝西水资源配置工程永安隧洞下穿成品油管道、围岩稳定性差、钻爆法安全风险高的难题,系统介绍悬臂掘进机在小断面隧洞施工中的设备选型、作业流程、截割方法、隧洞降尘、出渣方法等全流程实践.应用结果表明,该设备对围堰扰动小、成型质量优,较软岩段月进尺超150m,验证了其在临近敏感建(物)筑物小断面隧洞施工中的适用性.

In response to the challenges of Yong'an Tunnel under the water resource allocation project in western Chongqing,such as poor stability of the surrounding rock and high safety risks of drilling and blasting methods,this paper systematically introduces the full process practice of using cantilever tunneling machines in the construction of small section tunnels,including equipment selection,operation procedures,cutting methods,tunnel dust reduction,and slag removal methods.The application results show that the equipment has minimal disturbance to the cofferdam and excellent forming quality,with a monthly footage of over 150m in soft rock sections,verifying its applicability in the construction of small section tunnels near sensitive buildings.
