无损检测技术在长外露锚杆检测中的应用OA

地下洞室的锚杆支护质量关乎工程围岩岩体的整体稳定性,同时也是单元工程质量验评的重要依据.为了高效检测锚固质量,无损检测技术成为了锚固质量检测的首选.在河南某抽蓄水电站岩壁梁锚杆施工前选择长锚杆进行了多次综合试验研究,对无损检测结果与剖管实测观察测验结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,锚杆外露较长、锚杆防腐处理、砂浆强度、检测方法等因素对无损检测技术检测锚杆长度与注浆密实度的判定影响很大,无损检测原始检测数据需通过试验进行修正.

The quality of anchor rod support in underground caverns is related to the overall stability of the surrounding rock mass of the project,and is also an important basis for the quality evaluation of unit engineering.In order to efficiently detect anchorage quality,non-destructive testing technology has become the preferred method for anchorage quality inspection.Multiple comprehensive experimental studies were conducted on the selection of long anchor rods before the construction of rock wall beam anchor rods for a pumped storage hydropower station in Henan.This paper compares and analyzes the results of non-destructive testing with the observation and testing results of pipe cutting.The results indicate that factors such as longer exposed anchor rods,anti-corrosion treatment of anchor rods,mortar strength,and testing methods have a significant impact on the determination of anchor rod length and grouting density using non-destructive testing technology.The original non-destructive testing data needs to be corrected through experiments.
