This paper aims to explore the water pressure test method during the PCCP buried pipe construction process and its impact on the structural performance of the pipeline.It provides a detailed record of the steps,monitoring data,and results of the water pressure test for the PCCP pipeline in the Guangfuping Branch of the Xiangjiaba Irrigation District.The paper also analyzes the insights these data provide for the structural performance of the pipeline.The hydrostatic test can effectively detect the sealing performance and structural strength of pipelines,providing important basis for the improvement of construction technology.The research results not only provide empirical references for similar projects,but also provide optimization suggestions for hydraulic testing in future pipeline construction.
