针对大型薄壁混凝土结构浇筑过程中的模板变形问题,分析了变形原因并探讨了监测的关键技术.采用多种先进监测方法,包括高精度传感器、激光测距与摄像监测等,实现对模板变形的实时数据采集与分析.结果表明,合理选择监测技术及优化监测流程,有助于控制模板变形,提高结构安全性和工程质量.文章总结了模板变形监测的关键技术点和实用方法,可有效控制施工变形,满足规范要求.

Aiming at the formwork deformation during the pouring of large-scale thin-walled concrete structures,this paper analyzes the causes of deformation and discusses the key monitoring technologies.A variety of advanced monitoring methods are adopted,including high-precision sensors,laser ranging and camera monitoring,to realize real-time data collection and analysis of formwork deformation.The results show that reasonable selection of monitoring technologies and optimization of monitoring processes are conducive to controlling formwork deformation,improving structural safety and engineering quality.The paper summarizes the key technical points and practical methods of formwork deformation monitoring,which can effectively control construction deformation and meet specification requirements.
