山区雨源型河流防洪现状及格宾网生态堤设计OA

Current Situation of Flood Control for Rain Source Rivers and Design of Gabion Net Ecological Embankments in Mountainous Area

河道治理是补齐山区雨源型河流防洪短板,重塑流域自然生态和营造人水和谐美丽环境的重要工程措施.针对杨柳河治理河段防洪标准低、洪水陡涨陡落和汛期洪灾损失严重等问题,采用雨洪法计算流域设计洪水,并根据河段防洪现状和城镇生态景观建设要求,提出新建生态堤和底泥清淤相结合的防洪加固方案.比选结果表明,格宾网生态堤具有良好的地形地质适应性和防洪抗冲能力,并能合理修复和保护流域生态环境,形成"堤岸-水体-植被"的良性循环.

River management is an important engineering measure to fill the gaps in flood control of rain source rivers in mountainous areas,reshape the natural ecology of the watershed,and create a harmonious and beautiful environment between humans and water.In response to the problems of low flood control standards,steep rise and fall of floods,and severe losses during flood season in Yangliu River section,this paper uses the rain flood method to calculate the design flood of the watershed.Based on the current flood control situation of the river section and the requirements of urban ecological landscape construction,a flood control reinforcement plan combining the construction of new ecological embankments and sediment dredging is proposed.The comparison results show that gabion net ecological embankment has good terrain and geological adaptability,as well as flood control and erosion resistance capabilities,and can reasonably restore and protect the ecological environment of the watershed,forming a virtuous cycle of"embankment water vegetation".
