为保障白盆珠水库安全运行与流域生态安全,针对库区水土流失问题,开展了防治与监测配置研究.基于水土流失类型与土地利用特征,将库区划分为崩岗侵蚀、面蚀沟蚀、轻度侵蚀及施工临时区,实施"上拦下堵中间保"等分区治理策略,配套水平沟、林草种植等工程与植物措施,并布设了包含 8 个监测点的多层次监测体系.治理后水土流失治理度达 96.05%,林草覆盖率达 96%,土壤侵蚀模数降至 500 t/(km2·a)以下.该体系有效控制了水土流失,减少了入库泥沙.

In order to ensure the safe operation of Baipenzhu Reservoir and the ecological security of the watershed,this paper conducted research on prevention and monitoring configuration for soil erosion in the reservoir area.Based on the types of soil erosion and land use characteristics,the reservoir area is divided into rockfall erosion,surface erosion gully erosion,mild erosion,and temporary construction areas.The zoning control strategy of"blocking up and blocking in the middle"is implemented,along with engineering and vegetation measures such as horizontal ditches and forest and grass planting.A multi-level monitoring system with 8 monitoring points is also set up.After treatment,the degree of soil erosion control reached 96.05%,the forest and grass coverage rate reached 96%,and the soil erosion modulus decreased to below 500 t/(km2·a).This system effectively controls soil erosion and reduces sediment inflow.
