当前,随着3GPP的标准工作重心从5G-Advanced转向6G网络的标准研究,通信行业正经历一场结构性变革.此次技术演进的核心,是AI/ML(人工智能与机器学习)与RAN(无线接入网)的深度融合,应用模式从面向特定任务的优化,逐步迈向全域化、架构原生的设计形态.全面梳理了目前3GPP关于6G无线空口智能化技术的标准化进展,重点分析了RAN1(物理层)、RAN2(高层协议)、RAN3(架构与接口)以及RAN4(射频与性能要求)各工作组在AI/ML用例、框架设计、生命周期管理等关键议题上的最新进展.旨在提供系统性的6G无线空口智能化技术标准进展参考,并揭示当前技术共识与后续演进方向.

The telecommunication industry is currently undergoing a structural transformation as the 3rd generation partnership project(3GPP)transitions from the standardization of 5G-advanced to the sixth-generation(6G)networks.The key aspect of this technological evolution is the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning(AI/ML)with the radio access network(RAN),where application paradigms are progressively shifting task-specific optimizations to a holistic and architecture-native design.This paper comprehensively reviews the 3GPP standardization progress of intelligent technologies for 6G wireless air interface,with an in-depth analysis of the latest developments across core topics including AI/ML use cases,framework design and lifecycle management within each RAN working groups.This paper aims to provide a systematic reference of standardization progress,and to elaborate on existing technical consensus and future evolution roadmap.
