9个甜樱桃品(系)果实发育过程中品质形成规律研究OA
Fruit Quality Formation Pattern during Fruit Development in Nine Sweet Cherry Varieties
以'早大果'等9个露地栽培甜樱桃品(系)为试材,研究各品(系)果实发育过程中外观与内在品质动态变化,以期为甜樱桃的果实品质调控、肥水管理及适时采收提供参考.分析了9个甜樱桃品(系)果实发育过程中单果质量、果形指数、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C、总酚7个指标变化规律,并进行相关性分析.结果表明,9个甜樱桃品(系)单果质量、果实纵横径、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖随果实发育逐渐增加,谢花22 d后和28 d后分别是早熟品(系)和中晚熟品(系)果实品质发育的关键时期,可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量均在此时开始快速增加;可滴定酸、维生素C、总酚含量在果实发育过程中变化趋势比较复杂,均呈波浪形变化,各品(系)间可滴定酸、维生素C含量整体变化趋势差异较大,总酚含量整体呈上升趋势.相关性分析表明,9个甜樱桃品(系)的果实纵径、横径、果实质量、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、总酚含量之间均呈极显著或显著性正相关,可滴定酸含量和维生素C含量与其他品质指标的相关性在不同品(系)间差异较大.综上,谢花22 d后和28 d后分别是早熟品(系)和中晚熟品(系)果实品质发育的关键时期,应加强肥水管理,提高果实品质,总酚含量随果实发育而升高,可滴定酸含量和维生素C含量变化因品(系)而异.
Fruits of nine open-field-cultivated sweet cherry varieties,including'Zaodaguo'(Крупноплодная),were used as experimental materials.The objective of the study was to elucidate the dynamic changes in external and internal quality during fruit development and provide a reference for fruit quality regulation,fertilizer and water management,and timely harvest.This study analyzed the changes in single fruit mass,fruit shape index,soluble solids,soluble sugar,titratable acid,vitamin C and total phenol contents during fruit development,and correlation analysis was conducted.The re-sults showed that the single fruit mass,fruit longitudinal and transverse diameters,soluble solids and soluble sugar increased gradually with fruit development.Twenty-two and twenty-eight days after flowering were the key periods of fruit quality development of early maturing varieties and middle-to-late maturing varieties,respectively,during which the contents of soluble solids and soluble sugar be-gan to accumulate rapidly.The contents of titratable acid,vitamin C and total phenols exhibited com-plex fluctuation patterns during fruit development.The overall change tendency of the contents of ti-tratable acid and vitamin C varied significantly among different varieties,and the total phenol content showed an overall upward trend.The correlation analysis revealed significant or highly significant posi-tive correlations among the fruit longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,fruit mass,soluble sol-ids content,soluble sugar content and total phenol content.The correlation of titratable acid content and vitamin C content with other quality indicators varied substantially among different varieties.In conclusion,twenty-two and twenty-eight days after flowering were the key periods for fruit quality development of early maturing varieties and middle-to-late maturing varieties,respectively.Fertilizer and water management should optimized during these periods to improve fruit quality.Total phenol content increased with development,whereas titratable acidity and vitamin C varied among varieties.
