不同时期硒肥喷施浓度对马铃薯产量及品质的影响OA

Effects of Spraying Selenium at Different Concentrations and Growth Stages on Potato Yield and Quality

以马铃薯品种'青薯9号'为试验材料,分别在苗期(M)和块茎膨大期(P)叶面喷施不同浓度水溶性无机硒肥(S1:3.0 g/L、S2:4.5 g/L、S3:6.0 g/L和S4:7.5 g/L),以喷施清水为对照(CK),探究其对块茎硒积累、产量及品质的影响.结果表明:P时期较M时期喷施硒肥产量可显著提高9.53%,且硒肥浓度6.3 g/L时增产效果最佳;P时期喷施可显著提升块茎硒含量,最高达109.74 μg/kg(喷施浓度10.29 g/L);P时期喷施亦可同步优化块茎营养品质,6.0 g/L硒肥处理使维生素C、粗蛋白和淀粉含量分别较CK显著增加16.06%、12.54%和11.37%(P<0.05),同时降低还原糖含量.综上,块茎膨大期喷施6.0~6.3 g/L硒肥可协同提升产量、硒含量及营养品质.

In this study,the potato variety'Qingshu-9'was used as the material,and different con-centrations of water-soluble inorganic selenium fertilizer(S1:3.0 g/L,S2:4.5 g/L,S3:6.0 g/L and S4:7.5 g/L)were applied as foliar sprays at the seedling stage(M)and tuber expansion stage(P),and water was sprayed as the control(CK)to explore their effects on tuber selenium accumulation,yield and quality.The results showed that spraying selenium fertilizer at P stage could significantly in-crease the yield by 9.53%compared with at M stage,and the yield increase effect was the best when the concentration of selenium fertilizer was 6.3 g/L.Spraying at the P stage could significantly in-crease the selenium content of tubers,up to 109.74 μg/kg(spraying concentration 10.29 g/L);spra-ying at P stage could also simultaneously optimize the nutritional quality of tubers.The contents of vi-tamin C,crude protein and starch in 6.0 g/L selenium fertilizer treatment were significantly increased by 16.06%,12.54%and 11.37%compared with CK(P<0.05),while reducing sugar content de-creased.In summary,spraying 6.0-6.3 g/L selenium fertilizer at the tuber bulking stage enhances yield,selenium content,and nutritional quality.
