面向智能蒙皮应用的柔性UWB-MIMO天线OA

Flexible UWB-MIMO Antenna for Smart Skin Applications

针对刚性天线难以在复杂曲面上实现高性能通信的问题,提出了一款面向智能蒙皮应用的柔性四单元超宽带(Ultra Wide Band,UWB)多输入多输出(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output,MIMO)天线.天线采用四单元布局,其工作频带为 5.0~18.9 GHz(相对带宽 116.3%),整体尺寸为 70 mm×70 mm×0.13 mm.在不增加剖面高度的前提下,通过加载开口谐振环(Split-Ring Resonator,SRR)与地板去耦结构,天线在全频段实现了高于 20 dB的端口隔离度与极低的包络相关系数(Envelope Correlation Coefficient,ECC).仿真与实测结果表明,该天线在平直状态、不同曲率半径的泡沫载体以及金属载体表面状态下均能保持稳定且良好的辐射特性,验证了其在无人机表面、机器人灵巧手等智能蒙皮应用中的可行性与鲁棒性.

To address the challenge that rigid antennas are difficult to achieve high-performance communication on complex curved surfaces,a flexible four-element Ultra Wide Band(UWB)Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO)antenna for smart skin applications is proposed.The antenna adopts a four-element layout and operates from 5.0~18.9 GHz(fractional bandwidth of 116.3%),with an overall dimensions of 70 mm×70 mm×0.13 mm.Without increasing the profile height,the antenna achieves a port isolation of more than 20 dB and an extremely low Envelope Correlation Coefficient(ECC)over the entire frequency band by loading Split-Ring Resonators(SRR)and a ground decoupling structure.Simulation and measurement results demonstrate that the antenna maintains stable and favorable radiation characteristics under flat conditions,on foam carriers with different curvature radii,and on metal carrier surfaces,thereby verifying its feasibility and robustness for smart skin applications such as unmanned aerial vehicle surfaces and robotic dexterous hands.
