基于多矿物分析的砂岩储层岩石物理参数反演OA
The rock physical parameters inversion of sandstone reservoirs based on multi-mineral analysis
岩石物理参数反演方法研究对地震储层预测领域具有重要意义,测井数据是反演过程的主要信息来源.使用测井数据反演岩石物理参数有两个前提:一是需要已知岩石矿物组分,二是使用合理的岩石物理模型.在实际的岩石物理参数反演中,岩石的矿物组分信息往往难以获取,这会降低反演精度.针对这一问题,首先使用基于贝叶斯理论的多矿物反演方法获得岩石矿物的端点值和体积分数,再采用临界孔隙度模型、Voigt和 Reuss模型约束的最小二乘算法反演岩石的矿物弹性模量和孔隙纵横比.实际测井资料的反演结果和岩心(录井)测试结果显示基于贝叶斯理论的多矿物反演方法能够获取到较为合理的矿物体积分数,在此基础上通过最小二乘算法能够反演出更准确的矿物弹性模量和孔隙纵横比,使得重构出的纵横波速度与实测纵横波速度误差更小.
The study of rock physics parameter inversion methods is of great significance in seismic reservoir prediction.Well logging data serves as the primary source of information for this process.Using well logging data to invert rock physical parameters requires two prerequisites:first,knowledge of the rock's mineral composition,and second,the use of appropriate rock physics models.In practical applications,obtaining accurate mineral composition information can be challenging,thereby reducing the precision of the inversion.To address this issue,a Bayesian theory-based multi-mineral inversion method is employed to obtain the endpoint values and volume fractions of the minerals in the rock.Subsequently,a least-squares algorithm constrained by the critical porosity model,the Voigt model,and the Reuss model is used to invert the elastic moduli of the minerals and the pore aspect ratio.Results from actual well logging data show that the Bayesian theory-based multi-mineral inversion method can yield reasonable estimates of mineral volume fractions.Building on these estimates,the least-squares algorithm can further refine the inversion to yield more accurate estimates of the mineral elastic moduli and pore aspect ratios.This approach yields reconstructed P-and S-wave velocities closer to the measured values,thereby reducing the error between the predicted and observed values.
