行动者网络视域下第三方开放同行评议平台运营机制研究OA

Open science provides an opportunity for the development of third-party open peer review platforms,making them an important innovative practice for breaking through the limitations of traditional peer review and promoting the deepening development of open science.To explore the operation mechanism of third-party open peer review platforms,this study,based on the Actor-Network Theory perspective,conducted a survey of 10 active third-party open peer review platforms,identified the identities of heterogeneous actors,and explained the operation mechanism of third-party open peer review platforms based on the four key stages of problematization,interessement,enrolment,and mobilization in the translation process.On this basis,combined with China's academic publishing and peer review practices,this study proposes development strategies for the construction of third-party open peer review platforms.
