中国省域绿色低碳发展效率测度及时空特征分析OA
Measurement of Green-Low-Carbon Development Efficiency and Analysis of Spatiotemporal Characteristics at China's Provincial-Level
基于2012-2023 年中国30 个省级行政区(不含西藏和港澳台地区)的面板数据,采用非期望产出-全局超效率基于松弛变量的测度模型(Slacks-Based Measure,SBM)、核密度估计和空间自相关方法,探究省域绿色低碳发展效率及时空特征.结果表明:中国省域绿色低碳发展效率整体呈现出上升趋势,并且表现出较为明显的区域差异性;从时序演进来看,其表现出持续上升状态,同时效率差异呈现扩大化态势,并且存在极化特征;从空间关联格局来看,在全局视角下,其表现出显著的正向空间自相关特性,局域视角则可观察到高-高、高-低、低-低、低-高四种空间集聚类型,并且总体上以低-高类型为主.因此,中国省域绿色低碳发展效率的提升,需要重视其区域差异性,因地制宜、区域协同发展.
Based on panel data for 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2012 to 2023(excluding Xizang and Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan),this study employs the global super-efficiency slacks-based measure(SBM)model with undesirable outputs,kernel density estimation,and spatial autocorrelation methods to explore provincial green-low-carbon development efficiency and its spatiotemporal characteristics.The results indicate that:China's provin-cial green-low-carbon development efficiency generally presents an upward trend with remarkable regional dispari-ties;from the perspective of temporal evolution,it maintains a continuous upward state,while the efficiency gap ex-hibits an expanding trend accompanied by polarization characteristics;in terms of spatial correlation patterns,it shows significant positive spatial autocorrelation from a global perspective,and four spatial agglomeration types(High-High,High-Low,Low-Low,Low-High)are identified from a local perspective,with the Low-High pattern dominating overall.Therefore,to improve China's provincial green-low-carbon development efficiency,it is essential to emphasize regional differences and advance regional coordinated development in accordance with local condi-tions.
