干摩擦条件下聚四氟乙烯材料的耐磨改进研究OA

Boosting Wear Resistance of Polytetrafluoroethylene Materials Under Dry Friction Conditions

将白云石(dolomite,简写为 Dol)微粉和不同质量分数(5%、15%和25%)的微米石墨片(graphite,简写为 Gr)混入聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)悬浮树脂中制备了一系列复合材料,在干摩擦条件下对比其与轴承钢对磨时的摩擦学行为.结果表明:纯 PTFE 的摩擦系数为0.15,填充质量分数为20%的 Dol 微粉后其耐磨性能显著提高,磨损率由纯PTFE 的1.2×10-4 mm3/(N·m)下降至1.6×10-5 mm3/(N·m),磨损率降低了86.7%.在此基础上加入 Gr,复合材料的磨损率和摩擦系数进一步降低.尤其当添加的 Gr 质量分数为15%时,复合材料的磨损率降至1.1×10-5 mm3/(N·m),其耐磨性能相比纯 PTFE 提高了1 个数量级,当 Gr 的添加量为25%时,配副的摩擦系数降至0.09,其润滑性能相比纯 PTFE 提高了40%.

A series of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)based composites were prepared by incorporating dolomite(Dol)and micron graphite(Gr)flakes with different mass fractions,i.e.,5%,15%and 25%,and their tribological properties when slid against bearing steel undel dry friction were examined.The results showed that the friction coef-ficient of pure PTFE was 0.15.After filling with 20 wt%Dol,its wear resistance was significantly improved.The wear rate decreased from 1.2×10-4 mm3/(N·m)of pure PTFE to 1.6×10-5 mm3/(N·m),reduced by 86.7%.On this basis,adding Gr further reduced the wear rate and friction coefficient of the composite material.Es-pecially when the filling mass fraction was 15 wt%,the wear rate decreased to 1.1×10-5 mm3/(N·m),indicating that its wear resistance was improved by approximately one order of magnitude(i.e.,the wear rate was reduced to a-bout one-tenth of that of pure PTFE).When the Gr content was 25 wt%,the friction coefficient of the tribo-pair de-creased to 0.09,representing a reduction of 40%compared with that of pure PTFE.
