基于1,4-二氧六环的玉米秸秆木质素提取工艺研究OA
Extraction of Lignin from Corn Straw Based on 1,4-Dioxane
本文对玉米秸秆中木质素的提取工艺进行了深入研究.采用1,4-二氧六环作为溶剂,通过优化提取温度、时间以及液固比等关键参数,有效提高了木质素的提取率.采用响应面分析法,得出提取玉米秸秆木质素的最佳工艺条件:温度160℃,液固比22∶1(V∶m),时间2.5 h,在该条件下,玉米秸秆木质素的提取率为13.41%.与其他传统工艺相比,该提取工艺不仅操作简便、提取效率高,还能有效维持木质素的天然结构,为木质素的高值化利用提供了良好基础.
This paper conducted an in-depth study on the extraction process of lignin from corn straw.The experi-ment utilized 1,4-dioxane as the solvent and effectively enhanced the extraction rate of lignin by optimizing key pa-rameters such as extraction temperature,time,and liquid-to-solid ratio.Using response surface analysis,the optimal process conditions for extracting lignin from corn straw using 1,4-dioxane as the solvent were determined as follows:temperature of 160℃,liquid-to-solid ratio of 22∶1(V∶m),and extraction time of 2.5 hours.Under these condi-tions,the yield of lignin from corn straw was 13.41%.Compared to other traditional processes,this extraction process was not only simple to operate and highly efficient,but also could effectively maintain the natural structure of lignin,providing a good foundation for the high-value utilization of lignin.
