加味双补汤联合隔药脐灸治疗薄型子宫内膜临床研究OA

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Shuangbu Decoction combined with Medicated Umbilical Moxibustion on thin endometrium.Methods:A total of 108 patients were randomly divided into three groups:A,B,and C,with 36 cases in each.Group A was treated with estradiol valerate tablets,Group B with Modified Shuangbu Decoction,and Group C with Modified Shuangbu Decoction combined with Medicated Umbilical Moxibustion.Results:After treatment,endometrial thickness,uterine spiral artery hemodynamic indices,proportions of endometrial morphology types,menstrual blood loss chart scores,and TCM symptom scores were all improved in the three groups,with more significant improvements in Group C(P<0.05).The total effective rate in Group C was higher than that in Groups A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shuangbu Decoction combined with Medicated Umbilical Moxibustion shows good efficacy in treating thin endometrium.
