毓麟珠汤剂配合电针治疗薄型子宫内膜脾肾阳虚型临床研究OA

Objective:To observe the effect of Yulinzhu Decoction combined with electroacupuncture on thin endometrium with spleen-kidney yang deficiency pattern.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 20 cases in each.The control group received oral Femoston,while the treatment group was given Yulinzhu Decoction and electroacupuncture.Results:After treatment,endometrial thickness increased in both groups(P<0.05).TCM symptoms improved in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05),with greater improvement in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Ultrasound showed that both the resistance index(RI)of uterine artery blood flow spectrum and the pulsatility index(PI)of subendometrial blood flow spectrum decreased in both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yulinzhu Decoction combined with electroacupuncture could increase endometrial thickness in the treatment of thin endometrium with spleen-kidney yang deficiency pattern.
